This weapon shoots out blue, high-energy grenades that have a very high bounce factor, meaning the grenades this weapon realeases bounce very high not to mention that this weapon is prone to backfiring, especially in close-quarter combat, so use at your own risk. This weapon does at most 100 damage to enemies, it is the strongest launcher in the game and the only launcher with an alternative color. It can even replace a sniper in small maps like Uberzone because of the high velocity.
